Workshops and Groups

meditation image clipMindfulness in Daily Life: Set aside an hour and a half each week to practice bringing mindful awareness into your everyday life. Regular 8-week workshops are offered and limited to 5 participants. Also on-going weekly drop-in mindful meditation practice is offered; weekly times vary. Currently, all groups are being offered online by video until further notice due to recommendations for safe practice.
