Mindfulness in Daily Life: Set aside an hour and a half each week to practice bringing mindful awareness into your everyday life. Regular 8-week workshops are generally offered at both Berkeley and San Francisco Offices and limited to 5 participants. On-going drop-in mindful meditation practice are also generally held weekly at both office locations. Currently however, all groups are being offered online by video until further notice due to recommendations for safe practice.
